P3Dv4.5 Crash - Unable Contact P3D Support

Featured Replies

Not only have I just had a P3Dv4.5 system crash, but I cannot contact the official P3D support website (error message says:

General Error

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

User prepar22 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections [1203]

So I am not sure what is happening. Regarding the sim crash I checked the <Event Viewer> and found it recorded a critical error. The faulting module showed up as:

Faulting Module: D3D10Warp.dll ver. 10.0.19041

Does anyone know what is happening here? Are there any known solutions? All help appreciated.

It's down for maintenance, which is taking longer than planned apparently. There's another thread about it on here.

LM doesn't really do 'support' for customers like us, though. The forum is mostly being manned by users helping users. LM staff usually only break in if the issue being discussed is new to them and they suspect a bug, from what I can see. Lots of requests for support for crashes etc go unanswered.

A quick Google of the dll name is enlightening... I see people reporting issues with this causing CTDs with the Aerosoft Airbus.

RXP GTN 750 dll's have been quarantined  by Windows Defender from the recent updates so I suppose you could check if this is the case with the dll you mentioned.

onebob interesting but a latest update from MS  nowhas me locked out of  controlling defender even as admin - interesting seems to be also a common problem with no fix from MS either - go figure?

don't blame them, defender is not really the best at what it does, users were just turning it off. Thing is/was that certain wares were also turning it off leaving your system vulnerable so they made it, em... difficult to remove, the fix is to install a 3rd party "internet security" which works perfectly.

Yep that is the solution it seems.
