Dear Friends, and Pilots.I recently am trying to update my weather for real time 15 min weather update, and am unable to connect to the server.Can anyone tell me if there is any problem with the weather server?Has anyone experiencing the same problem?Thank you.

Unable to get my WX from within FSX. Wonder if it has anything to do with the storm related power outages in WA.

the seattle area was hit by a high wind storm causing over 1,000,000 homes and businesses to loose power thursday night (12/14/06). 100,000s are still without power on 12/16/06.as microsoft is located in the seattle area, it is likely that the weather server got hit and hasn't yet been brought back on line.--

I just checked with our PC help desk at Jeppesen, and microsoft just contacted us. It is on their side not ours.

Here is a note from our PC group here at Jeppesen."As you probably already know, we are taking calls from Flight Sim users regarding the WX outage. Please tell these customers that Jeppesen does not support the WX service in Flight Simulator. We only provide the data. The current problem is that this Microsoft web site is down: http://fs2k.zone.comThat site must be up for any of the WX functionality to work.
