Those of you who think 4K doesn't matter...maybe it does not on your hardware.  Let me ask you this.  If your monitor has a 4K *native resolution* then how good will 4K look on that screen?  How good will 2K or 1080p look?    Not as good, I can tell you that.   The gauges are a lot clearer at 4K on my 4K native monitor.

I have a 43 inch 4K monitor.  I am happily using it at 2k.  Not to say that it doesn’t look sharper/better at 4k, it does, but given that my gpu is in constant leaf blower mode when I have it on 4k and the frames are less,  happy to make the choice to 2k.  Looks perfectly acceptable/wonderful.  On a smaller monitor, I would question even using 4k

locked at 30fps, only an occasional stutter.

I had many flights after the update, but since yesterday I get 5 fps, even the menu and the world map are unplayable, what happened?
GPU is not used at all, it goes from 15 to 50%, cpu also low usage on all but one core which goes from 80 to 100%

Have you got latency=ultra in NVCP?  I had that setting and my GPU was running at 55%.  Turned it off and it now runs at 100%.
