March 23, 20215 yr I installed MSFS2020 in September of 2020. The scenery was fine: landscapes were full of vegetation and skylines were recognizable. Recently, I had installed a few add on sceneries for airports. Suddenly, the scenery looked nothing like how it used to. The vegetation was low, city skylines are unrecognizable, and the buildings reminded me more of the older FSX than MSFS. I tried reinstalling, resetting the data, changing my graphics, but the scenery is STILL horrendous. The airports are completely unchanged, however. I think this must be from the addons, and most likely an issue somewhere within the files that may have been corrupted, but I can't be too sure.
March 23, 20215 yr Are you flying with streaming data? It kind of sounds like you may have accidentally turned it off and you’re seeing the offline version. Perhaps a screenshot or two would help.
