Why was my thread about the aggressive customer support at Aerosoft deleted? Some members where way out of line and spreading hate and xenophobia, but why not either lock the thread or deleted the posts that violated the tos?

I documented my claims, so I dont see how my topic was deserving of a complete deletion.

My experience with things like this is that it's best to initiate a private conversation with the moderators if you disagree with a decision they made. 

I did not lock it but I would have - it had gotten way out of bounds and was beginning to get nasty. And so I am locking this one.

Your topic had so much reported content in it that if had I hid all the reported post, we would have been darn near left to just your opening post. That being said, now that you have first hand experience with that developer or group, you’ll know what to expect going forward. 

I’d suggest, as someone else said, have a private conversation with the mod at that forum, rather than airing it here.
