VSync is off, you should force it from the control panel of your GPU in this case.

Mine was really fluid at first but seemed to get more stuttery with each update.

I activate V-Sync on Nvidia Panel and the problem improved.

Try to set V-sync to 30 in the game, that should give you fluid 30fps, (half your monitors refresh rate), my monitors refresh rate is 100, so I get max 50fps when I set V-sync to 30 in game, and it works great for me, activate V-Sync on Nvidia Panel doesn't work for me since the UK patch, I get flickering if I do that.

Mine had been pretty good since the hotfix, with the fps locked at 30fps, the drops to 1-3fps had gone... until today! Both flights today have had the severe drop to 1fps at some point during the flight. nothing changed in settings so i don't have a clue as to why it is starting again?
