Either XP 11.53 Vulkan needs to be restarted for AA to take effect

I hazard a guess many an xplane has been reinstalled after seeing jaggies while flying, cranking AA up to max, finishing the flight then returning a few days or weeks later to a "broken" xp install running at 15fps....

LOL

I can run at 4 AA easily with ASXP and XP 11 maxed.  Silky smooth. Only xEnviro manage to spoil my fun for a little while, but I always find a way to tame a beast. 😀

xEnviro can produce some very nice screenshots, but the issue has always been that it's real time weather. This sounds strange, but I'd like to give it specific weather conditions and let me fly it, e.g. a specific visibility on finals to a specific airport. It also falls short of XP's limitations

I'm all for pretty visuals, but you still can't beat doing an IFR approach using old style NDB or VOR approaches and breaking out of the fog and seeing the runway in front of you exactly where you wanted it to be. Maybe it's a thing of the past with GPS navigation, but it's still fun and is what makes all that planning and chart studying worth it.
