In setting up my approach I'm using the 777 EFB to calculate v speeds +5 knots.  During the descent flow, however, it looks like FS2Crew resets those v speeds.  Is there a setting to stop this?

There's no Config option in the 777 version to disable that function I'm afraid in the FO's descent flow.

All you could really do is not trigger the FO's descent flow by running the approach brief or speaking "Any questions".
