Did anyone else lose all runways at small airports? It appears all gravel runways are now grass. Previously, they used asphalt as material.

Exactly same thing happened to me. Annoying to have to download almost 90GB for a ~100MB update... 🙄

I did start the sim a few times since this update, but it does'nt install (just verified that Baie de Somme = no change).

Any way to force it ?

Have you downloaded the Market Place France/Benelux module in addition to the World Update 4 ?
