Working title CJ4 longitude - aircraft swaying

Featured Replies

When I am in cruise on auto pilot the plane sways by about 20 degrees left wing and then right wing  for the whole flight. What would cause that phenomenon?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Rolf

Check if your yaw dampers are on.

Thanks for the fast response . I can not locate the Yaw Damper. It is not modeled to my knowledge,

YD=Yaw Damper. It's right on the cockpit panel.

The CJ4 is the Cessna Citation Jet. The "Longitude" corresponds to a different model. Just to let you know.

Cheers, Ed

Yeah good catch.  @Rolfspan you'll need the Longitude mod here: https://flightsim.to/file/3655/asobo-cessna-citation-longitude-flight-dynamics-modifications-project-version-1-0

And you'll also want the WT G3000 mod: https://packages.workingtitle.aero/g3000/

Or are you speaking of the "little" Citation CJ4?  It should be pretty stable aloft unless you have a lot of winds.

Gentlemen,

Thank you all. I am talking about the Longitude. I'll install the mod as per the link as well as the WT G3000 Mod tomorrow and report back.

Your help is appreciated. Rolf

I am impressed. I did not realize that a mod for the Longitude existed. What a difference.

Thank you very much. This is fabulous. Rolf
