Aerosoft after the CRJ we need a Global Express

I totally disagree.  Like the 737NG series, make the whole product line including the CRJ200 and not half do it.  That's how PMDG did and iFly with their 737 series.

Wait, where is the PMDG 737-100/200/300/400/500 then? Because that is about the equivalent for CRJ200 vs 700/900/1000. The newer planes have a new wing, leading edge slats, new landing gear, wider fuselage, lower cabin floor etc. Not to mention quite a few avionics and systems changes.

Let Aerosoft focus on actually making the current CRJ variants fly properly first...

we should be lobbying the incredibly talented designers at Aerobask who make some of the best Aircraft in X-Plane

they are currently making a Falcon which would have this range, let's get on their case to port it to MSFS when it's complete

That would be great, but they seem to be in the early stages of development, and I suspect we would have to wait several years for an MSFS version to materialize. Also, how many aircrafts have been ported from the X-Plane to the Microsoft flight simulation platform in the past?

Personally I'd rather they fix their CRJ's ability to follow a glideslope first. Spent £45 on this aircraft and they've released one minor patch in a month. Working Title and FBW have put their performance to shame, but I guess they have our money now.

Not that you can ask this on the Aerosoft forums of course, or the zealots will attack.

Let's be honest here. If you want to fly a modern glass cockpit biz jet, you'll have to ....wait for it.....wait for Carenado to port their stuff over to MSFS.

Carenado doesn't do avionics, so you'll get stock and some great interior and exterior visuals. I'm hoping that the G1X and G3X mods from WT also work with the Carenado stuff. Good enough for me. It is what it is.

Predictably, folks will buy Carenado, thinking that a zebra can lose it's stripes, then the tears will start flowing, and so the cycle continues (as can be seen in the 940,000 other threads on this).

I don't see any other company stepping up to the biz jet plate.

the CRJ200 is mostly the same as the 700-1000, but Aerosoft would have to remodel parts of the cockpit as there are multiple differences between them. will they release one ever? I sure hope they do, but theyve got their sights set on other aircraft.

The earlier model who's flight deck matched more closely to the flight deck on the CRJ's is what I was thinking of:

Why is anyone expecting Aersoft to move out of their comfort zone? The CRJs, the Airbusses, and the Twin Otter - Aerosoft is going to recycle this trio of planes until MSFSD 2055 gets released.

You might be right but hey we got FS2020 which no one thought would happen especially like this (cloud based global scenery).

That is the Honeywell Primus 2000 - (different avionics manufacturer). Though it bears an outward resemblance to the Collins Proline 4, and is of similar vintage, the operating methodology is quite different - especially the FMS.
