Very blurry textures at high altitude

It's pretty obvious in the OPs picture that those photo tiles haven't fully loaded.  If you look at the left you can see a very clear dividing line between fully loaded high resolution and where the plane is currently.

I have noticed this issue when flying with fast jets.  500 mph + the tiles just don't load in time.

But If you think about how can it?  If I open Google Earth Pro and zoom into 40k feet eye view then get into the flight simulator the same thing happens.  People have to realize this thing is downloading a gigabyte of imagery every 10 minutes of flight. I did a flight from Atlanta to DFW and my Data Usage increase 30GB in one flight. I have noticed that if I don't constantly go to external view usage stays lower.  I'm not sure how they accomplished that.  I remember the month of September I busted my 1.2GB/month cap by .6GB and I maybe played 50 hrs.  The higher the settings the worse it gets.

What would be nice is if it downloaded everything ahead of time when you create a flight plan, but then that would take time.

I just ran a little test: TBM at 230kts 25k feet crisp and clear.  DC F-15 at 25k M.98  forget about it!  Couldn't load the tiles fast enough.  I tried it over Dallas.

I think the streaming nature of the scenery will eventually be the demise of the platform.  It would be interesting to see how much operating flight sim 2020 is costing Microsoft.

Maybe there is an issue with your connection.

The bug I am talking about is related only to certain areas (Murmansk and somewhere in South England as reported by Ian). I am flying now over Greece and it looks just fine at high altitude.
