June 1, 20215 yr fyi, every time you close a topic it no longer returns in site search results, making the entire topic impossible to find. You also cannot quote people from that topic in another topic when you do find it - for example when using google search. As far as the site is concerned closed topics are as good as deleted. June 18, 20214 yr Moderator I'll raise this with the admins and see why this is the case. I don't see why closed topics shouldn't be searchable... lots of FAQ and tip threads are locked
