Flight Replicas has today released the DH 125 Dominie for P3D. This is the RAF T1 version with the Nav Trainer internal cabin. VC only! The usual FR attention to detail makes for fun small jet flight!

Yes it does look interesting, it has the same switch gear and instruments as the old HS748. The website says highly developed flight dynamics and not a bad price at $22 plus tax.

I have it and I think it is very good. The modelling and textures are first class, the VC lighting is neatly done as well. There are limits to the system integration - not every switch and system is operable but what you need works and works fine. It has no vices in the air and is a little pocket rocket giving you 4000 fpm ROC, functional avionics etc. A faithful example of the DH 125 later the HS 125 then the Hawker XP 800. The VC, which seems dated is because it is representative of its era before avionics moved into the solid state and digital era! It is not a complex aeroplane but then neither was the original DH 125. All in all it is the Dominie the RAF's version of the civilian HS 125 they used for navigator training for decades and only recently retired them. The DH 125 was always speed limited (The same wing as the DH Comet) and had to be held in check but those little Armstrong Siddley Vipers really got it going! The HS 125 was a major success in its long life and improvement process, coroporate flyers loved them, you can see why!.

Quick question. Does it integrate any of the external GPS programs, GTN preferably?

btbacon - no it has the GPS but it is not integrated into the NAV suite which was typical of these retrofits of GPS. You had to drive it via the AP using the data display.
