These are not "issues" with P3D v5.2 and you should not waste their time and yours by reporting them as such.

That is both unnecessarily harsh and untrue.

LM has apologized for leaving out a file in the Client package and have now provided it in a download.

In fact, they appear to be saying that the file is in the Contents package but not in the Client package. They appear to be apologising for saying that the Client only would complete the update. If the entire package is installed, as is always recommended, the problem is not there. This would go a long way towards explaining why some have the problem and some do not.

Ironically, LM’s own guidance says that updating the client component is the recommended approach, so it’s not entirely fair to say that a full install is always recommended. In most instances, installing the client only works fine, unless there is new content or scenery you must have.

When minor updates are released for Prepar3D v5, there are two options available to update Prepar3D
v5. The recommended method is simply updating using the Client installer

I suppose that depends on whether an update from 5.1 to 5.2 is seen as a minor update. The point being that if the entire simulator is updated, none of these problems show up, it even cures the problem caused by the omission of the missionpanels.cfg file from the Client download.
