Wonderfull flight for 2h : LiveKernelEvent 141 ...

Featured Replies

About 2h into my flight from Amsterdam to Heraklion (Crete) out of a sudden a LiveKernelEvent 141. that caused an App Crash in MSFS.
It was supposed to be my first 3+h flight with my complete home cockpit running in Wideview. I do have to add that it was at least 28-30 degrees Celcius ( 82-85 F ) in the room with all doors/windows open. It is a warm sunny day.

I can see the humor of this : it happened over the Mediterranean along the coast of Italy to the south, so enough water below me to cool down.

Well sometimes it is to warm for a home cockpit with 3 pc's and 7 displays...😥

Yup that type of error is usually a hardware fault...you should be flying in the southern hemisphere at the moment with that setup Gerard 😉

LOL

I have installed the latest NV drivers (released 2 days ago) and am doing the same flight now with the door of my servers case fully open.

In 15 min I will be at the same spot as where MSFS crashed….🤞

I had another "incident" an hour into a three hour flight yesterday.  AFC Bridge, Simconnect failed to Call Dispatch.  CTD. Appears related to MSFS and my Honeycomb controls.  I updated the Honeycomb interface for MSFS as I found I was not using the most current (2/2021) version but have not made another flight yet..  In over 100 hours with the same controls and interface I had not had that happen.

My previous flight froze (froze only MSFS) about 90 minutes into a three hour flight. I was at the time attempting to inject REX WF weather because the MSFS live weather was nothing close to realistic.

I fly a predetermined schedule and am sick and tired of not being able to complete flights. I do not have time to fly each one 1 1/2 times. Causes me to return to previous roots (routes Ha!) where I have no such issues.

Glad you got to finish the flight!  Hopefully changes made on the 27th will also improve stability
