I don't see it happening. Been a while since i've played though.

They fixed in the last SU go around. ATC still sends you to the wrong runway, but that's something else.

had the same problem, checking and adjusting the BARO resolved it

Why is there still a worldwide transition altitude of 18000ft? It can’t be that difficult to create a table of airports with the TA of each. Radar Contact had this 15 years ago.
