Looks like this is once again an issue. This time the FPS remains great until around 15 to 20 NM from the airport and gets drastically worse once the wheels touch the ground. AI traffic on or off doesn't matter. This seems to occur more in areas with PG. I will do more testing after work. I'm doing my first ever long haul (for me) flight, average 30mins roughly and rarely done a flight over an hour (mainly low & slow I don't "do" airliners....yet!).
Anyway, 2 hours in, avg FPS was in the low/mid 30s and now it's been 20fps for the past hour and hasn't changed for awhile, using VR.

Could be a whole manner of reasons, mods, external apps, the sim itself, hard to say. will keep an eye on it, still got 1hr 30mins to go

Pico Neo3 Link VR - Windows 11 64bit, Gigabyte Z590 Aorus Elite Mobo, i7-10700KF CPU, Gigabyte RX 9070 XT OC 16gb (AMD GPU), 32gig Corsair 3600mhz RAM, SSD x2 + M.2 SSD 1tb x1

Saitek X45 HOTAS - Saitek Pro Rudder Pedals - Logitech Flight Yoke - Homemade 3 Button & 8-directional Joystick Box, SNES Controller (used as a Button Box - Additional USB Numpad (used as a Button Box)

Not sure if you can read the numbers; but essentially after 2hrs 45mins FPS dropped to 15 average (and was falling), I quit MSFS and restarted the PC, loaded same mods/game state and took a pic....30fps. I know MS/Asobo said in a dev Q&A that they couldn't reproduce this, unsure if they've communicated any further since then (was a while ago) but either way I hope this is fixed in SU10 as I now have ZERO desire to do a long haul (for me!) flight in this Sim until this severe issue is fixed. I logged the  MSI Afterburner monitor that I have running and I can see no evidence of RAM/CPU/GPU gradually falling/rising, they all remained steady.
