I agree with others that this is a training issue, more users of the network is better (to a point).  One thing to keep in mind is that the training to become a controller is a very rigorous process and it can take a year or more of consistent training, practice and tests to work your way up to a Center Controller (C1) on Vatsim.  A huge influx of pilots will overrun the limited ATC resources and will take time to balance out with training new controllers.  Its a good problem to have, just something to keep in mind.

What an utter nonsense... in several years of flying on VATSIM, nobody ever screamed at me nor do I know someone who was screamed at.
