Perusing this thread makes me realize just how dauntingly gargantuan the entire project is.  Epic, in a word.  I hope they can stay the course!

One thing I noticed in the snapshot: Slider to reduce/disable (hopefully eliminate) scenery culling is "under investigation". I thought I saw a statement saying the slider was definitely coming in an update, so "under investigation" implies it isn't guaranteed. That would be incredibly disappointing, as my PC handled the sim fine before this new rendering system was introduced, with everything out of view cached. You can't help noticing something like the draw-in/pop-in when it never happened before.

My eyes may have glanced over it, but I didn't see mention of the dancing reflections.

Those two issues are the only problems that bug me right now, detracting from the visual appeal.

Sounds great let's hope they do add a slider to impact culling.  That seems an easy place potentially to let people w/ better hardware be able to us it.

Can someone explain what handcrafted airports are included with WU6? Usually Asobo makes a big deal about what's included with the updates.
