That's not the panel.cfg.

The panel.cfg will be in your SimObjects folder.  If you open it with Notepad, you'll see FS2Crew entries on it.

After reinstalling PMDG777 I don't see SimObjects folder with panel.cfg

 

I think I will completely reinstall P3D and start from fresh.

 

I reinstalled P3D and the error still persist.
