Oddly enough, since the recent updates, my RTX3070 doesn't really get very hot at all.  It's my CPU (5600X) that has been getting up to 90 degrees celsius in the hot weather.  Before the updates, it was the other way around.

I've been able to run the performance optimizer/tuner thingy in Nvidia Experience too.

thats hot for your cpu my 5600x doesnt get over 70c on ultra on 1440p i have a h100i pro 240mm all in one cooler cooling it

Yeah, I know.  It only seems to be suffering since the update and the warm weather.  I will take a look inside the case and check for dust, though I only built the system less than a year ago.

I do have game boost enabled in my bios which may push things a bit, but it runs fine up to the high 80s then I get some stuttering once it gets to about 90. Most of the time, msfs is running at around 85 degrees.

Can any kind soul point me in the direction of some reasonable graphic settings at the moment. I’m running a 3070 and used to have some good settings pre SU5 but since then I’ve found everything got reset and I can’t keep up with what best practice looks like at the moment as I read various (and at times contradictory) stuff as to what the settings should be.
