September 28, 20214 yr I'm trying to configure the Carenado PC12 to use the Reality XP GTN 750 in P3D v4.5. I can get it installed and the course needle for the GPS points correctly, but the CDI does not work and stays centered. This aircraft also uses the GNS 530 by Carenado. The Reality XP GTN is set as master. If I switch over to localizer and set in a frequency the CDI works for the localizer, just not for the GPS.
October 20, 20214 yr Have you set the NAV/GPS mode to GPS? I set it both way in RXP setting and can switch it in RXP750. If it's in GPS mode,The HSI should be cyan, in NAV mode, it's green.
November 2, 20214 yr Author I have tried removing and reinstalling the reality xp gtn 750 for the Carenado PC12 but get the same result. There is no change in the color of the cdi. The color on the GTN changes to magenta when selecting GPS and green when selecting VLOC. The autopilot will navigate but the CDI always stays centered. On all of my many other Carenado aircraft I do not have this issue. Only with the PC 12 in both P3D v4.5 and v5.2.
