Elon's tax.

Interesting, rather than being the billionaire that pays no personel tax, he takes zero salary. When his stock options expire he pays 53% tax.

Give me a billion dollars and I wont mind paying 99% tax (but not a penny more).

Which is not much considering how much he is worth. If I was good for hundreds of billions I'd happily pay 53% tax (well, not really considering the utterly retarded idiocies the parasite class known as politicians squander said money on) I'd still be so rich as to be utterly ridiculous.

Besides. I'd wager I pay about that same percentage myself (if not more) on a salary that even if I work for a couple of thousands of years I'd never come remotely close to his earnings in a standard month.. 😉

We could say its a bit illusory though, given that his billions are locked up in businesses and his liquid assets "relatively" low.

Locked up is equally illusory. He can borrow against the stock at very low rates, tax-free.

True enough Luke. My point is its not as simple as many who criticise billionaires claim though. Although I do agree with much of the criticism. The critics never mention the 150 million Musk Donated to charity, already, this year.
