You can report it, but this will simply get added to a long list of requests.. this is not a "bug" in their scheme of things, I would suspect. Asobo has been adjusting LOD values over the last few updates, and I would expect this to continue. As Virtuali indicated, some enterprising individual may offer up a modification which you can install and which will change this behavior. Bert
