October 15, 20214 yr If your location is CYYZ - there's one a lot closer to you than the one you found. All 400-series highways have a 60kph minimum speed limit.

October 16, 20214 yr Hello Dugald, I looked at the Ontario Traffic Act - and it appears the old 60Kph minimum has been replaced with this: Unnecessary slow driving prohibited 132 (1) No motor vehicle shall be driven on a highway at such a slow rate of speed as to impede or block the normal and reasonable movement of traffic thereon except when the slow rate of speed is necessary for safe operation having regard to all the circumstances. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 132 (1). Now it's up to the discretion of the OPP to pull you over - and I suspect that anywhere in the GTA if you're doing less than 60 the OPP just might have something to say about it. Thanks for correcting me!

Going back to the original theme of general rudeness, I am reminded of the old Tonight Show with Johnny Carson when he said the shortest time ever measured was the time between the traffic light turning from red to green and the driver behind you honking his horn. October 16, 20214 yr Ya... You're turning 80 soon, congrats!!!. I guess you can still fondly remember the days when driving was actually enjoyable! There's so much traffic, and most of it rude, that it just isn't the same anymore... well that and the fact Ontario seems to have forgotten how to pave roads.
