October 16, 20214 yr I had watched a neat Broadway show on Apple TV called Come From Away. It was about the aircraft that had to land at Gander after 9/11. It was really well done. October 18, 20214 yr You bring back fond memories of my favourite regional airline here in Austria. InterSky had a fleet of Dash 8-300 and two brand new ATR 72-600 and served domestic as well as international and charter routes. They were famous for their charter flights to Elba/Marina di Campo with their Dash 8 spectacularly gliding down the hills in the northern perimeter of the runway. On one such occasion, the pilot came a little too close to the ground, ripping a few telefone cables on the perimeter road ... On another charter flight, InterSky broke their own prior world record in an ATR 72 when they flew an Albanian soccer team back from Belfast, Ireland to Tirana, Albania, clocking up a flying time of 5 hours and 25 minutes over a distance of 2682 kilometres on 22/23 July 2015.
