You're absolutely right. And to me, those servers issues are more noticeable now after the MSFS Xbox release end-July, when they added tons of new users to their existing connections.

In my opinion, the substantial effect of those updates are minimal compared to the hassle that comes right after. I'm afraid they choose this way to market this product, which is wrong for us simmers, and maybe good for a different type of audience. Now, in less than one month, they'll be releasing fancy stuff like Reno races and other Asobo airports which at the end will get replaced by freeware from the Community or way better payware versions. I was yesterday morning at Frankurt EDDF (Asobo) and the quality of that "bespoke" airport is quite poor, to say the least.
