October 20, 20214 yr Still offline in San Francisco, California (8:20 pm US Pacific time zone, Oct 19). I upgraded on Steam about 8 hours ago. No problem. I have a fast connection (850+ Mbps) so it only took less than 10 minutes for the entire thing. October 20, 20214 yr This is making me think the servers are allocating more bandwidths to downloads and updates, and less on streaming.
