Voice recognition stopped working after i updated the 2 programs to the latest versions including the beta a32x version.

I have tried everything remvoing the folders from community folder, uninstalling both and cmd centre and reinstalling both

Removing audio drivers and restarting windows. Everything i have done including trying default fbw livery and i still dont get any voice working

red light lights up in program showing joystick button pressed but 99% of the time doesnt work. Also keyboard voice activiation not working even though red light on interface when key pressed.

I really need some help... ive not been able to use fs2 crew or pbe for a month now.. Really frustrated.

 

Happy to screen share or what ever it takes but im really dissapointed that this is so hard to make work.

Microphone works phone btw as i use mic for streaming and voice is no issue.

In the Info Center, there's a Speech Recognition section.

What does it say?

FS2crew a32x.... open mic everything works fine... i just have to use the hard mic mute button. but with voice buttong control- both joystick and keyboard trigger doesnt work

Yes, I have the same problem. Betas for both PBE and A32NX. Voice control works only with open mic. 

Edit: I don't have any of those 2 apps, mentioned in manual. WASM is up to date.

If Open Mic mode is working, then voice is working fine.

Your problem is your Push to Talk key.

Make sure you're using the public beta for v1.1 and use the joystick tester function.

Or you can just wait until we release the new public beta (we've revamped the joystick/key system again).

 

You can also activate Push to Talk mode by left clicking and holding the Yellow Mic icon on the FS2Crew panel.

I have done the push to talk joystick testerand it works fine.
Also when i press the push to talk button the red indicator shows up showing its picking up the push to talk function
Also checked numerous different buttons and keyboard keys options.

Same result only works with open mic.

There's a keyboard icon on the FS2Crew panel showing if MSFS is in focus or not.

Is there a Red X through the white keyboard icon?

If so, click in the MSFS window to put MSFS in focus.

The icon needs to show pure white with no red X in order for joystick/keys to be detected.

Again, this is changing in the next public beta.
