November 13, 20214 yr Would anybody know what causes the ground crews and some equipment to turn into a pink checkerboard pattern? All I have done is to install AIG; this cannot be related, unless...? If someone would kindly explain how to attach images to a post, thanks in advance. EDIT. Just noticed that if I zoom out enough they don their usual yellow vests. Same effect in the cockpit view or outside view. Edited November 13, 20214 yr by jetlag

Save your screenshot, visit https://postimages.org/ upload the image (640x480 should be fine when detail isn't an issue, as in this case) and click on "Direct Link" (the button is to the right of the link shown there). That copies the link to your clipboard. Simply paste in in your post and voila! November 13, 20214 yr Author Thanks for your help, 109Sqn. Here are those clowns. Thought it might have been some union-organized protest but it's unlikely as they appear everywhere.
November 13, 20214 yr Not seeing that and I have AIG installed. Do you have anything else in your community folder? If so, try moving everything out of the community folder and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then there is something in your community folder that is causing the issue. Next step is to start adding back in each add on until the issue reappears. Then you'll know which add on is the culprit. The highly acclaimed Addon Linker really helps with this sort of thing. ...jim ASUS Prime Z790-E, Intel i9 13900K, 32Gb DDR5 Ram, Nvidia 3090 24Gb, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500 GB and 1 TB, Samsung Odyssey G9 Ultrawide 49" G-SYNC Monitor.
November 13, 20214 yr Looks like something I saw a lot of when SU5 dropped. Is everything in your content manager up to date?

I know that's the way to go but was hoping somebody had already identified the culprit. I do use Addons linker so it (hopefully) won't be too difficult. I'll report my findings. And yes it's all up-to-date. Thanks
November 13, 20214 yr Looks to be an issue similar to what I was experiencing with liveries on AI aircraft appearing pink from a distance. Maybe the same sort of solution applies? I'm using an educated guess here (someone better aquainted with the configuration files could confirm or deny), but I would check the cfg file for the Marshaller livery. Go to Official>OneStore>asobo-simobjects-characters>SimObjects>Humans>Marshaller>texture>texture.CFG and check the entry in that file is identical to this: Quote [fltsim] fallback.1=..\..\texture Check the same file in the "TarmacWorker" folder, also in the "Humans" folder while you're at it - the CFG file should be identical. If you have downloaded other liveries (uniforms) for groundcrew (e.g. Swissport or Menzies Aviation uniforms), that may have changed those entries and perhaps done so incorrectly or left a changed entry even if you've since removed that downloaded livery. Somewhere to start at least.🤞 OS: Win11 Home; Mobo: Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus WiFi D4; CPU: Intel i5-12400 (Alder Lake) 4.4 GHzRAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 64Gb (4x16GB) 3600 MHz; GPU: MSI Radeon RX 5700XT [8GB] SSD: Corsair Force MP510 (for OS); 2x 1TB & 1x 2TB Sabrent Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 (one for sim, two for addons)HDD: Seagate 3TB (Data); Seagate 1TB (Programs), ASUS TUF Gaming VG32VQ1B Curved 31.5" monitor, 1440p, 38Mbs ethernet Fulcrum One Yoke, Honeycomb Bravo throttle, Thrustmaster Airbus TCA sidestick & throttle, Logitech Pro pedals, Xbox wireless gamepad (1st gen)
November 14, 20214 yr Author Interesting! In my case, it's when I get CLOSER that the problem appears. All I have added is sceneries - there might be one with workers embedded. I'll get to the bottom of it, time allowing... Cheers!
