"Axis Assignment: and there's a box titled "Aircraft Specific' and a little white 'tick-box' next to it. Newer versions, I think have "Profile Specific" instead.

Hi Bert,
See the section circled, please.
That's where you manually assign controls to a specific a/c and it will load automatically when that aircraft is selected.
If you have other questions and I know please don't hesitate to ask.
