click your  profile  top right, click account  settings  click  signature  than  you will see  insert image   bottom  right  hand  crner

Your suggestion does not work.  If I try to enter the URL that you see in my current sig, the insert box just lights up pink and nothing happens.

When I click on that link to see the image I get a "Forbidden" page telling me I don't have permission to view the page. Does that URL point to a site that you have to log in to? Can you save the image you're trying to display to a site where it can be openly shared (i.e. Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.), then link to that and see if it shows up?
