I've been trying to login to the SODE forum for over 24 hours now without success.

It uses Captcha software to deter bots but despite entering a valid username and password the Captcha code rarely presents an image for the user to select the correct parts to gain access. It just keeps presenting this screenshot and then after a few failed attempts blocks the whole site for me for around 1 hour. Very frustrating.

Can anyone who has an account there see if they can login please? I have wrtten to support but just want to see if it's a general problem or just for me. https://sode.12bpilot.ch/?page_id=442

Initially the same CAPTCHA error but upon ticking the box again I'm logged in.

Thanks Stephen. I tried clicking on the popup login and tried Login with and without ticking "I'm not a Robot" but no success. Probably blocked for an hour or more now.

Hopefully the admin will respond to my email.

The annoying thing is the Captcha software notes your IP address so even trying to login on a different device doesn't work. The main SODE page won't even load. Over-the-top security! 🙄

Just this minute logged in with no trouble.

There is a missing comma.

Ignore this (the post), CAPTCHA didn't work.

So could not log on, having thought that the website screen was the logged on screen but then seeing a CAPTCHA button further down which did nothing.

Thanks Ian. Sounds like there's a general problem affecting lots but not all people.

Not heard back from them yet.
