Need help setting up Honeycomb Alpha/Bravo for FBWA320

Featured Replies

I am having a heck of a time getting this properly configured to fully work with the FBWA320. Is there a video tutorial somewhere that I can use as a reference? I am following the guide on their official website to set up the levers on the bravo, but there are a few things I am confused about. Particularly the Reversers Full, Reversers Idle, and Idle. These 3 detents threw me off. I started by setting both engine 1+2 levers all the way down in their Reversers Full detent, and when I go a notch up to try and set the Reversers Idle, I get a red message on the EFB saying that their's a conflict. I have no idea how to properly set these 3 detents working.

2nd problem are setting the exterior lights. I want to use the BCN, LAND, TAXI, NAV, STROBE switches on my Alpha to control the exterior lights, but some of the lights are acting weird while others work fine out of the box. Not sure what the deal with that is.

3rd problem. I don't have a set of dedicated rudder pedals, so what's the best way I can assign left and right rudder axis on my Alpha Yoke to steer the plane while taxiing, landing, and takeoff?

These are the levers I am using btw, not sure if it makes a difference on why I can't get everything working like it should. I opted to not use the engine levers from the commercial package, because those look more like boeing ones. So I am using the levers from the General Aviation package instead as they look more in line with the real life Airbus engine levers.

You should pose this question to FBW.

Thank you.

I use the same levers (plasti-dipped the speed brake and flap levers).

On the Bravo, when you move the throttle to the bottom past the detent, it's just an on/off switch.
Which means you can't have a "reverse idle" setting.

Set the reverser in the MSFS control options using these settings:-
Throttle 1 Decrease - Button 26
Throttle 2 Decrease - Button 27

In the FlyPad, I use these setting:-
Reverser on Axis - OFF

TOGA     0.97 to 1.00 Deadband 0.02
FLX        0.55 to 0.75 Deadband 0.10
CLB        0.07 to 0.27 Deadband 0.10
Idle        -1.00 to -0.95 Deadband 0.03

For the lights and autopilot stuff, I used SPAD.NEXT.
