Hi,

I just installed RAAS Pro on MSFS2020 Deluxe store version. I always get the red line No Runway / No Airport detected and tried the following:

1. Uninstalled/reinstalled Navigraph  -  did not help!

2. Looked for "RAAS_runway_data.csv" in KSRQ as per similar topic - did not help!

3. Tried airport RKPC  -  same red message!

Hi Juergen,

Are you updating to the latest versions?

Make sure you have the current version via the Product Manager, which at this time is: V1.2.3.

Is the RAAS Power Button on?

Also now I saw the green Enable/Disable RAAS button on the FS2Crew Command Center and it is ON.

That's odd.  It's like something is "blocking".  You've tried it with your anti-virus / firewall off as a test just to ensure nothing is blocking?

Question: How are you launching RAAS? using the ingame panel or does it autostarts with MSFS?

For me, RAAS does not work when it is in autostart. And it's the same for PBE.

On the other hand, launched from the panel in the game, it is good

So the problem only happens when you use Auto Start mode?

If you start it from the panel, the runways database loads?

We've updated RAAS.  Your issue should now be resolved.

Please update RAAS via the product manager.
