January 26, 20224 yr The sim has the F18 Super Hornet as a free pack. If you haven't downloaded it already, the package should be in the in-sim marketplace. It was released at the point where the sim started to support actual supersonic flight. It's like unmentionables off a polished spade. Currently circumnavigating the world in a mix of Cessna and Piper aircraft. My Default Setup; MSFS, Honeycomb Alpha, Thrustmaster Hotas X, TrackIR, Samsung Galaxy Tab, JustFlight Piper Arrow. Simworks Quest Kodiak 100. Wishlist; Honeycomb Bravo, Honeycomb Charlie. 1:400 Airline Model Collector.
January 26, 20224 yr For your purposes it is much more realistic and feasible to use a prop plane. There is one plane for free in Flightsim.to called the Vertigo version 1.6.0. It is heavily over powered and extremely fast, with very good visibility at the outside world. It flies like a swiss army knife and is much fun.
January 27, 20224 yr I just adjust the simrate eg. +2. 🙂 Hardware: i7-8700k, GTX 1070-ti, 32GB ram, NVMe/SSD drives with lots of free space. Software: latest Windows 10 Pro, P3Dv4.5+, FSX Steam, and lots of addons (100+ mostly Orbx stuff).

January 27, 20224 yr Author Thank you for all your suggestions. I have tried the Vertigo and F18. Both will be useful for me. Visibility is NOT a problem, because I always modify cameras.cfg to move cameras outside my planes. I only keep cockpit default view for all devices.
