MSFS2020 FS2CREW COMMAND CENTER

Featured Replies

I have MSFS2020 loaded at KSRQ and open the in game FS2Crew Command Center. I then select the Product e.g. "RAAS Professional" and press the LAUNCH APPLICATION button. Nothing happens, the FS2Crew Command Center(red icon) is open and running, however I can't launch RAASPro from the in game Command Center. Also I have the AUTOSTART feature selected which doesn't work as well (maybe not yet).

The same issue happens when I select the Pushback Express product and try to Launch the Application - Nothing happens!

I can however start BOTH applications from their desktop icons.

Thanks for clarifications

Hey Juergen,

This may happen because of the WASM module. If you try to restart MSFS and do the same, does the issue repeats?, if it does, the:

1- Close MSFS.

2- Uninstall RAAS

3- Go to your MSFS "Community" directory, then delete manually these directories: "fs2crew-cmd-center" and "fs2crew-data-proc".

4- Try reinstalling RAAS using the Products Manager, and once installed, restart your machine.

5- Start MSFS.

6- Once MSFS has started, ensure that the FS2Crew red icon is on your Windows task bar.

7- Try to launch RAAS from within the game.

This also must be working with RAAS, if it doesnt launches, then that's maybe because it's not in the MSFS EXE.XML, can you take a screenshot of it's content? or paste it's content here (in case it's not that large?)

Cheers,

Hi Manuel,

I followed your instructions and tried to start RAAS from within the game and got the following Warning:

"Warning: External Command Center program not running. CMD Center now inop. Probable EXE.xml corruption problem. See FS@Crew Support forum."

The FS2Crew red icon is on the taskbar. I can start RAAS and PBE from their desktop icons.

Below my exe.xml file:

Hi Bryan,

Followed the instructions from your link and it turns out that I did NOT run MSFS2020 with administrator rights. I corrected that and PBE & RAASPro started up with MSFS2020. So that's good, however if I minimize the PBE app panel, I cannot get it back with the in-sim FS2Crew Command Center button "OPEN APP PANEL". Not so with RAASPro, there the app panel appears when I press "OPEN APP PANEL" and RAAS Professional is the selected product

For the PBE I need to go to the taskbar and re-select the APP PANEL. Is this NORMAL behavior?

Thanks for help

I think the problem maybe related to these entries in your EXE.XML. Question: Don't you see PBE and RAAS starts automatically when MSFS starts?. If this happens, then from the game if you attempt to launch them, it may show this warning:

Because RAAS and PBE are already running in the background, so launching from within game will have no effect if they both are already running in the background (on in a second monitor, if you have more than one). Can you cross check that they are running or launched (RAAS and PBE) automatically at MSFS startup?

Cheers,

Manuel

Hi Manuel,

I don't know if my last post was totally clear:

PBE and RAAS start automatically with MSFS2020.

If I now minimize the PBE App Panel, I cannot get it back with the in-sim FS2Crew Command Center button "OPEN APP PANEL". The only way I can bring back the PBE App panel is by going to windowed mode and clicking on the taskbar PBE icon. I am not sure if this is normal procedure?

BTW I am trying to launch the app again, I just want to bring back the App Panel so I can call for the tug.

Thanks for reply

The "Open App Panel" button , in the FS2Crew in-game panel, only is to show the VR panel for the product selected, not the FS2Crew product executable external window. If you minimize the PBE external exe window, and you want it back, you need to establish a hot key (keyboard or joystick button) to bring it back, there is a key assignment option in the PBE's Settings window, and once you set it up, you can open it up thru a key (in your keyboard) or a joystick button.

Cheers,

Manuel
