I can't speak about my own experience as I don't own a X-Box. However, I keep reading on the ORBX forum people complainig they bought contents for the PC but can't use it on the X-Box (yet?). Not to speak about Contents they bought via ORBX Central. But I'll be glad to be corrected by someone with actual experience.
