For the unaware, when you purchase a copy at SimMarket you get to email Bijan with your order number and select one small location in the sim for scenery improvements. I selected Cape May, New Jersey (USA), and he added a bunch of marina slips and boats in the appropriate locations. The New Jersey coastline is quite bland in the sim, imo. I was stunned with the visuals overall, which made the Broccoli floret tree tops stand out immediately as the major let down. Found Bijans mod and couldn't be happier with the product or the customer service and the constant improvement and expansion has been the cherry on top. I have hundreds of mods for MSFS, Bijans is one of only four that I have in my "couldn't live without it" list.
