February 28, 20224 yr upon loading a screen appears saying a major update is available them directs me to the "Microsoft Store". how can one update from the store ? I am totally blocked from entering my sim..... to allow for an auto-update. HMmmmm I wonder what gives.
February 28, 20224 yr Click the link to take you to the store, and look for the Library icon in the lower left. On the Library screen click the update box to see all of your pending updates.

February 28, 20224 yr @john baillie If the advice above hasn't worked, have you tried all of the following?: 1) Reboot PC, click 'Check for Updates in MS Store (if that's the version you have), sign out and back in to MS Store and Xbox apps (again, if it's the MS Store version) If that fails, 2) Repair Windows with the Media Creation Tool (Win10 or Win11)?
