- nearing stall, full yoke back, full left rudder ( or right ).

- keep deflections

- exit by easing on the yoke and rudder opposite spin direction of turn.

agreed. the op is showing improved post spin behaviour.

getting into and quickly out of it has been there for a while.

generally the training is to never get into it in the first place, because escape requires many thousands of feet, and it happens most often turning onto final with no chance of recovery.
