Any help would be appreciated Thanks I have had this happen several times, although, not lately. Make sure you are using the latest version. This was a problem for some, including me. Try unchecking "Exit with FS" in the options tab in FSUIPC. If I recall correctly, FSUIPC, under certain conditions, thinks MSFS has quit when it has not, and therefore closes itself. This may have been fixed with a newer version of FSUIPC, as I have not had this happen for a while now.
