May 19, 20224 yr Hello, I've purchased the additional license and it's showing as connected to the 737, license status is blue for both the crj and the 737 but when I connect the FMC is blank? I tried on the browser on the same computer as the sim, and also on a apple tablet but the tablet just says server stopped responding.

May 19, 20224 yr Ok, update to my post, I have gotten the local machine (browser) to connect but cannot get any remote tablets or computers to connect. I have recently connected a mesh network and I'm curious if this is causing an issue. All machines are on the same wifi but they could possible be connect via different satellites. Anyone running this on a mesh that can confirm?

You need to make sure you are using the same email address that you used with your original purchase.
