May 11, 20224 yr So I've got used to the lazy Airbus way of not having worry about the throttle on landing. My understanding in 737 is auto throttle off when landing, AP off and then land. My question is in P3D I'm sure there was an overlay on screen to match my hardware throttle position with the sim throttle position so when I disarm the AT everything is in sync? Hopefully I explained that ok! Thomas Derbyshire
May 11, 20224 yr We usually turn off the autothrottle and autopilot at the same time, at the point at which you're comfortable with hand flying it. Note however, depending on your throttle quadrant, that the levers may be in an unrelated position and maybe need to be quickly adjusted (down) to idle or a little above it. https://www.mediafire.com/view/dz3buh31pti9cej/BoeingDriverSignature.jpg/file
