It may have been writing about itself but also researching the field of artificial inteligence in a much broader sense to enable it to come to those conclusions about itself. But yes, for a computer program it does seem slow. I'm sure the researcher could give us a good explanation as to why. Hopefully that explanation doesn't involve taking time out to plot world domination. 👍
