July 13, 20223 yr This happens to me when my Internet slows down and can't keep up with streaming the textures (sometimes it's my Internet, and sometimes it's something up stream). If it doesn't improve, you could try temporarily turning off your rolling cache, in case you have stale blurry images stuck in the cache preventing higher-res replacements from loading in.

Google maps over either of the Bing choices.
