The cop had a more urgent call. Maybe you weren't listening. He has a license plate... from Dubai, UAE. The Oregon State Trooper was extremely rude with his constant interruptions and not listening properly. This is not his plate, but it is an example of the type of plate: Fr. I've spent a lot of time in Oregon. Their State Troopers are not known for their courtesy. They double as game wardens. There again they usually seem to have a burr in their posterior. It's best not to draw their attention.😕 Bill W

He would also have likely had an "International" License evidenced by a small oval sticker with the country code visible: UAE (United Arab Emirates). That sticker, along with the numerous documents showing the legal status was undoubtedly known by the Trooper. Let's face it, there just aren't that many visitors to the U.S. who ship their private vehicles when traveling! Fr.
