Not sure how I missed that post, thank you!!!  I hope this finds everyone well!!

So kind of an amusing follow up with the surgeon today where it was revealed it would have taken too much mesh to repair everything they found in the procedure two weeks ago so they need to go back in this upcoming Wed...  So I got my post op stitches out only to be told I'm going back under the knife this upcoming Wed.  I'm a bit shocked at the moment but will take it in stride and coordinate work to not miss anything important...

The bright side as I always struggle to find one now matter how bleak the situation appears is that the recoveries will actually overlap the procedures will be so close together.  So rather than do all my healing then go back under I will go back in mid-recovery and then when I am done I am done...

So that's 3 operations in 6 months now, even I feel bad for my poor body but this is a point in time.  Not gonna lie, it's a lot to take on mentally but not a long term issue so just need to get through then look back on it when I can say "that wasn't so bad"  and say I got through that too...

But yep, back under general anesthesia and the scalpel (again) next week.

The reality is it could be much much worse so this isn't a complaint just an update 🙂

Onwards and upwards, off for surgery # 3 in 6 months and #2 in 3 weeks...   I don't think my wife believes me when I walk around saying "I'm not having a panic attack"  as I sweat like I'm in the Sahara in the summer LOL...

Ah, we got this, like a walk in the park (where you get stabbed and cut open) 🙂

Be back in a few days hopefully!
