Deicing an ice covered helicopter from the mountains!

One of my favorite pastimes is watching interesting "rescues" of trapped vehicles from awkward circumstances. In this video, "Heavy D" from the Diesel Brothers has to deice his very expensive helicopter from what could be an icy death if not recovered soon.

Yes he did state that. Worse, he couldn't replace just one blade since they have to all be very carefully balanced.  Of course, "Heavy D" mentioned his latest helicopter purchase, which is a Blackhawk! This guy and his partner, "Diesel Dave" are filthy rich from their TV shows and their YouTube video channels.

Of course, Dave didn't actually use a flame thrower. He used a heat only propane torch. 😜
